César Garnier is responsible for providing the necessary technological solutions at the firm. With more than ten years of experience in the information and communication systems market, César provides its services both locally and internationally.
As an integral part of the equipment, it diligence and maintains the company’s IT and security services. Directs and monitors technical resources ensuring results that are tailored to quality, time and budget stipulations, while resolving conflicts that arise and minimizing potential risks. Caesar always anticipates hardware and software upgrade needs.
He is responsible for all technical decisions regarding IT operations and recommends IT policies for management team approval.
Education and Publications
Graduated from APEC University, he received his bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering in 2008. His studies focused on resource management, IT infrastructure planning, strategic plan development and contingency.
Trained in an executive program of Big Data & Business Analytics by the School of Industrial Organization of Spain, for professionals of technical and management level. He has received advanced training from Carnegie Mellon University’s Software Engineering Institute in internal threat vulnerability. Trained by The Regional Training Center of the Inter-American Telecommunications Commission (CITEL) organization of American States (OAS) in Information Security and ISO 27001 and 27002 standards.
At the hands of a recognized Puerto Rican information systems consulting firm, he received technical training in Microsoft products, in the planning, management, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2008 Network Infrastructure, Windows Server 2008 Active Directory Domain, and Virtual Environment.
He has completed technical courses in Network Fundamentals, Voice over IP (VoIP) system based on Asterisk, Structured Wiring. It has training in the installation, configuration, management and maintenance of LAN/WLAN networks, LAN/WiFi networks, DHCP/DNS structured cabling and WLAN security.
César also manages information and data analytics platforms such as Tableau and Power Bi. It intelligently manages Windows and Linux operating systems, as well as MS Office and Open Office applications. Master the most recognized antivirus and security management systems on the market.
